Protecting yourself from the sun should be your top-tier priority on sailing trip holiday. Sunscreen is a must. Sunglasses and fitting hat wouldn’t only come only for the sake of fashion—they’ll really help you against the sun. And don’t take doubt on extra layer of protection. A beach cover up such as thin poncho or T-shirt could protect your skin from burning. 

Don’t forget that the weather and climate are totally different. The sun is frying away a lot of your skin cells and could dehydrate your body. So watch out your fluids intake. Make sure you are drinking more water than mojitos and tropical cocktails.
