Your aim for the event will also affect the format of the event itself: whether it’s a Beachfront wedding Bali, anniversaries, a conference, a business meeting, a convention, an exhibition, et cetera.

From then on, you can move on to other integral aspects of your event planning, such as defining the number of attendees, catering service, down to overall budgeting.

  • Revenues from the event (if applicable)

Choosing a menu catering Bali

Whether you go for a buffet catering Bali or plated meals, menu should be one of the first things you consider for your event planning. Go back to the defined goals of your event: do you have important clients you’re greeting here? Do you feel the need to impress your guests? If that’s the case, then it’s an important planning move for you to profile your guests. Things that you can do when you’re deciding on your catering menu:

  • Get your guests profile. This could be basic information ranging from their professional level or background, where they’re coming from, etc. Especially when you’re holding an international event in Bali, this information may come in handy.
  • Have this info ready when you consult with your caterer. Ask for your catering service’s opinion on what kind of menu this type of guests with this demographic may prefer.

Their profile info may not always be relevant for deciding a catering menu for your event. For instance if you’re planning a wedding catering in Bali, then you can tailor the menu into something more you, unlike when planning a corporate event—it’s your day after all. However, getting to know your guests more will put you a step ahead in your event planning.

That is why it should be in your top priority to protect your identity. So here are some tips to keep your identity safe from being stolen during a travel:

  1. Stick to travel light. It is not only about packing only necessary items. It is also about packing necessary documents which include credit cards, social security, bank cards, and everything you usually have in your wallet. Make sure to only bring the most important one that you will truly need. Don’t make assumption of what will or will not need for the trip. You need to make detailed plan of the trip so you know whether or not you need to bring extra credit cards.
  2. Always make copies for your important documents such as driver license, personal identification card, passport, visa, health insurance card, etc. then, you need to leave one copy with a family or friend at home. So if you need it during travel you can call them. You also need to make digital copies of important documents so you have proper backup that you can carry everywhere just in case you lose them or get them stolen. You will absolutely need them if that ever happens so you can proceed to obtain the new documents. You don’t want to be stuck in unknown place because you don’t have proper documentation to let you return to your home.

Years had gone by and all of us will still keep on searching things that will makes us happier than before. And if the surf camp in Europe is what you are going to try, then I am glad to help you out to tell where and when you can go for it.

Best countries for your surf camp Europe trip

Finding the best surf camps especially for the beginners is actually easier than you think. But, choosing the best locations and times for that can be challenging. Therefore, if you are interested heading to Europe or even living in the continent at the moment, take a look of my favourable lists of destination and time to ensure that what you are going to experiences are at the fullest.

1. Surf camp in England

Let’s not talking or debating about the right or wrong of the King Edward brought back the surf sport from his trip to Hawaii before. You’ll get much things from that especially for this case that we are discussing about England as one of the best location for a surf camp in Europe and its recommended time to visit.

The interesting part about surfing in England is we are actually can start learning about ways to surf all year round which is perfect for everyone.

But, since summer is always the best time for anyone in the world especially for the beginner surfers, then you can visit England started from May to October. But if you are prefer to come in winter as it is the most consistent surf of the year, then you can plan to go on September to April.

2. Portugal

England may not a choice for most of the surf beginners, but I am pretty sure that many of them will do anything to visit Portugal as it is also one of the most recommended destination for the surf camp Europe.

No matter how different Portugal and England are, they have common things in talking about the best times to enjoy the surf in Europe. The summer and winter season along with their recommended months to come are the same. But if there will be someone asking you which one you will choose the most, am I wrong if I can say that Portugal have got more chances than England?

3. Spain

What I do love about Europe countries for surfing is, at least many of them will mostly have one common sense which is the swell consistency will be all year round. So do what you can find at the surf camp and beaches in Spain.

For the beginners who need to surf in mainland Spain, the tropical atmosphere of summer surf camp package is the best you can get started from September to April as I have been mentioned before.

Even though Portugal is often getting the best waves, Spain is also the best surf camp in Europe country to brag about for its spectacular and beautiful surf spots.

4. France

Next and actually the last one, let’s not forget about where the baguette can be an important part of your daily life and a place where the capital of fashion in the world is at, it is France, baby!

But instead of talking about both, this beautiful country can also be your choice for a surf camp Europe trip and experiences. Especially when you are heading to the Southwestern France when during the autumn as well as in summer, the water is on its warmest between May and August.

And if you are willing to surf framed with the pine forest view, I am afraid that you won’t find another country in Europe that as interesting as France.

Some people may are also interesting to across the island while heading to Pulau Penyu as the turtle’s breeding location, but I think that it is better not to move to another island if you can only have a day trip in Bali.

So, for this first recommendation, you can choose to experience the water activities such as snorkeling or diving or simply seeing the blowing water while taking stunning images.

There are 5 Knight’s statues at Pandawa beach and it is also a quite place to enjoy the leisure time at the beach. Even, getting to this beach is also interesting since its location is between the winding limestone cliffs.

Recommended Scuba Diving Lessons For Beginners to Get Started

There is one important question relate to scuba diving especially for the beginners which is “how to dive?” Mostly, I believe that many of us have no idea about the lessons to teach ourself in getting it started. And since that can be a question for many of the other first time scuba enthusiasts, I’ll try to inform you the possible ways how to deal with it.

Recommended ways to start scuba dicing lessons for beginners

By knowing the ways on how you can dive, you will not only find your own techniques and the right ways that suit you, but also you are actually have been opening a gate that will take you to another beautiful world you have not been visited and experienced before. And that world is hidden perfectly just about few meters below the surface.

Scuba diving lessons that can be started by the beginners

The first thing the beginners can do to start their own scuba diving lessons is getting into the recreational scuba diving trip. Look around us! Some places or underwater spots are hand-made. Those may the way to preserve the coral reefs or in term of tourism purposes to attracting more tourists.

The important thing is that, mostly those kind of places will really the shallow water and probably with no waves and currents at all just like the artificial pond or lagoon. Even, there are actually many natural ponds or pool spreading in the world and becoming the great place for recreational scuba diving.

Doing this surely a fun way to spend a short holidays while learning about gearing up yourself with the scuba diving equipment and getting used to its weight as well. Just find such a place in case there will be one closer to you that you have not been thought of before.

The next thing to do is to get the specialized scuba diving lessons for beginners through professional dive training center. This second option may the popular one in the world for most of people who need to learn how to dive.

For the scuba diving training itself, the lessons can be vary and are offered in some dive travel packages such as a day dive trip, scuba dive course for a week, etc.

There are also some places or spots to experience the scuba dive training which are the pool especially for the beginner open water class and directly on the beach with the conditions of the waves, currents, and depth of water that won’t hurt the first-timers safety.

Interesting travel read: Consider These on Komodo Liveaboard Holiday!

I may wrote this post unordered way. It is because right before you are starting the above two lessons, it is also recommended that you have to starting your scuba diving training by getting more references about the scuba diving theory. The more you are watching and read, the better.

So, the most possible first way to do is mastering the dive theory by gaining more information about it. And that’s actually what the other beginners are doing as well before they are titled as the dive master as today.

Another way the beginners can do to start learning how to dive is to train their swimming skills as well as the breathing underwater ability. You must have been known that both parts are important in effectively using the oxygen in the tank and to train your body and muscle since scuba diving will spend hours of your time under the water.

Knowing that is also means as the requirement for the beginners to motivate their self in exercising right before starting the scuba diving training to ensure that they will keep on fit and healthy.

Then, there is also a thing the beginners will have to do but it will be tempting them not to. It is truly a basic lesson that is pretty much hard for some beginners. If you’d like to know about it, it is a self-prohibition not to bring the underwater camera.

Beginners need to pay attention to all the lessons they are getting and it means that there must be the ways to avoid any distractions that can even a way not to dive safety.

Even if the scuba dive instructors are telling you that bringing camera won’t be a problem, it is really important not to do that for your first few dive lessons you get. Beginners are tend to be distracted easily and that will really be tempting to snap underwater pictures than focus on how to master the diving skills.
